DarcyStudio Late Client Arrival Policy:

At DarcyStudio, we strive to provide exceptional service and accommodate all our clients' needs. To ensure a smooth and efficient scheduling process, we have implemented a Late Client Arrival Policy. Please review the following guidelines:

1. Arrival Time: We kindly request that clients arrive on time for their scheduled appointments. Arriving promptly allows us to provide the full allotted time for your service and ensures that other clients are not inconvenienced.

2. Grace Period: We allow a grace period of 15 minutes for late arrivals. If you arrive within this 15-minute window, we will do our best to accommodate you and provide the remaining time for your service. However, please note that your service may be shortened to fit within the remaining available time.

Deposit Requirement: To secure your appointment, we require a $20 deposit at the time of booking. The deposit will be applied towards the total cost of your service. This deposit ensures that your appointment slot is reserved exclusively for you.
